1. About us and our services
The Payroll Lab provides payroll, pension and CIS services to UK businesses. These terms apply to use of this website and to enquiries made through it. Services are provided under a separate written engagement letter, which sets out scope, fees and responsibilities. If the engagement letter conflicts with these terms, the engagement letter applies.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are a guide and exclude VAT where applicable. A fixed quote is confirmed in writing after a Payroll Health Check.
3. Your responsibilities
You must give us accurate and complete payroll information by the agreed cut-off dates. We are not responsible for errors caused by late, incomplete or incorrect information.
4. Secure file uploads and data
Files you upload through our secure link are stored in Microsoft OneDrive and handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We keep all client data strictly confidential.
5. Website content, liability and law
The information on this website is general guidance and is not legal or tax advice. Rules change, so please speak to us before acting on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law; our liability for services is set out in your engagement letter. All content on this website belongs to The Payroll Lab and may not be copied without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
